students who were given wearable Fitbit trackers to monitor their sleep. Participants were divided into two groups, with one group receiving personalized bedtime reminders and cash incentives to encourage at least seven hours of sleep per night. The intervention led to a 26% increase in nights where students met their sleep goal, resulting in improved academic performance as measured by GPA.
