The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the vision, frameworks, and operating models that facilitate human-AI collaboration, accelerate AI adoption, and prepare Prudential's workforce for an AI-augmented environment. This position reports jointly to the Chief Talent & Capability Officer and the Chief Data and AI Officer, indicating a strategic emphasis on aligning AI development with human capital strategies. Prudential has a significant investment in AI, with a $76.3 million FY26 Data and AI portfolio, over 300 AI use cases in progress, and more than 75 AI solutions already deployed.
