Greg Phillips, Vice President and Designated Managing Broker of Baird & Warner’s Northwest Suburban office, has been named the new president of Mainstreet REALTORS®. Phillips brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry to this role,
having joined Baird & Warner in 1994 after a career in food and beverage. For the past 17 years, he has been instrumental in leading the Northwest Suburban office, where his focus has been on coaching, training, and mentoring real estate agents. Prior to his appointment as president, Phillips served on the association’s executive leadership team as both treasurer and president-elect. In his new capacity, Phillips will be responsible for guiding Mainstreet REALTORS® in its efforts related to advocacy, professional standards, education, and member services, with the aim of supporting Realtors and the communities they serve across the region.
