What's Happening?
Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar has launched a new limited-time menu item, the Red, White & Bleu Burger, as part of its Big Bad Monthly Drops series. Available from July 1-31, this burger features a 7-ounce beef patty topped with whipped bleu cheese, applewood-smoked
bacon, and housemade pickled red onions, all served on a buttered brioche bun. The burger is complemented by horseradish and garlic mayo, offering a unique flavor profile. This initiative aims to capture the essence of summer cookouts, encouraging customers to pair the burger with a $6 pint of New Belgium Voodoo Ranger Juicy Haze IPA.
Why It's Important?
The introduction of the Red, White & Bleu Burger reflects Bad Daddy’s strategy to engage customers with innovative and seasonal menu offerings. By creating a unique culinary experience, the restaurant aims to attract food enthusiasts and boost sales during the summer months. This approach not only enhances customer loyalty but also positions Bad Daddy’s as a creative leader in the competitive casual dining market. The focus on pairing food with craft beer also taps into the growing trend of craft beverage consumption.
