What's Happening?
Crunchyroll has acquired the international streaming rights for the upcoming anime series 'Kagurabachi,' set to premiere in April 2027. The series, based on the 'Weekly Shonen Jump' manga by Takeru Hokazono, follows the story of swordsman Chihiro Rokuhira
on a quest for vengeance against sorcerers. The anime will feature a voice cast including Katsuyuki Konishi as Togo Shiba, with Taihi Kimura and Tomokazu Seki also starring. Directed by Tetsuya Takeuchi and produced by Cypic, the series will be available on Crunchyroll in all territories except Japan, Mainland China, North Korea, and South Korea. Ahead of its release, a 'World Tour' of early episode screenings is planned, starting at Anime Expo.
