The Center for Fiction has announced that Lee Boudreaux, Vice President and Executive Editor at Doubleday, will receive the 2026 Medal for Editorial Excellence. Boudreaux is recognized for her significant contributions to contemporary literature, having

Bill Thomas, publisher and editor-in-chief at Doubleday, praised Boudreaux's passionate advocacy for the novels she edits. The award will be presented at the Center for Fiction's Annual Awards Benefit on December 8.
