Infrastructure investor Morrison has partnered with telecommunications giant Orange to establish a joint venture aimed at developing a 400 MW data center company in France. This initiative is backed by a €3 billion investment program and is designed to expand
Orange's existing data center capacity nearly tenfold. Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, alongside Clifford Chance, advised Morrison on the transaction's contractual structuring, including the negotiation of Master Services Agreements and Transitional Services Agreements.
