The development will feature a 50,000-square-foot conference center capable of accommodating up to 1,800 attendees, alongside the upscale Dolce hotel offering multiple dining options and enhanced amenities. A public-private financing structure is in place, with nearly $18.9 million of the project's tourism rebate proceeds directed back to Madison County to expedite the repayment of construction debt, rather than serving as a developer incentive. The conference center's financing is secured through an urban-renewal bond structure, while the hotel is privately financed by PraCon.
