Honda has introduced a new application called the Honda Trail Experience (HTX) designed for owners of the 2026 Passport, Pilot, and CR-V TrailSport models. This app allows users to track and display real-time off-road metrics, enhancing their driving
experience. The app, available for free on the Apple App Store, tracks 11 data points such as tire angle, pitch, roll, throttle position, brake pressure, and temperatures. It also records elevation, latitude, and longitude, enabling users to create and store interactive trail maps. Additionally, the app features a video-capture function that allows drivers to control their iPhone's camera from the vehicle, capturing videos or photos with data overlays. Developed with input from over 1500 TrailSport owners, the app aims to help users drive confidently and celebrate their adventures.
