What's Next?
Landlords utilizing TurboTenant can proceed to build and customize their lease agreements, with the option to save drafts on a free plan. To finalize and send new lease agreements for e-signatures, an active Essentials or Pro plan is required. The platform will continue to guide users through sections such as lease specifics, rent, deposits, fees, and policies. After completing the lease builder, landlords can review the full document using the 'Preview My Lease' feature to ensure accuracy before finalizing. Once finalized, the lease can be sent electronically for signatures, with the system tracking signing progress. Landlords are advised to ensure all required tenants, co-signers, and additional signers are included and their contact information is correct to facilitate the e-signature process.
