Additionally, Runna has reintroduced its Post-Race Recovery Plan, which is automatically generated for users who start a 5k-50k race plan. These plans are crafted by expert coaches to minimize burnout and injury risks. Another new feature, 'Upcoming Plans,' will be available in August, allowing users to schedule multiple training plans in advance, facilitating seamless transitions between training cycles.
