Key responsibilities include creating, organizing, executing, and evaluating career development programs for all student-athletes, preparing them for university career fairs, and managing a mentorship program. The specialist will also manage the Bronco Athlete Network and act as the Athletic Department liaison to the Bronco 'W' Club, fostering stewardship and professional networking connections between alumni and student-athletes. Additionally, the role involves cultivating relationships with employers, alumni, donors, and corporate partners to secure internships and employment opportunities for student-athletes.
