status in the conference at 4-0. The match, played on October 3 at Lockhart Arena, saw the Mustangs dominate most of the game, only trailing briefly in the third set. They achieved double-digit kills in each set, with a minimum of 13 in the first. Key players Kendall Beshear, Kayla Murdoch, Charlotte Kelly, and Breklyn Pulling each recorded eight kills and scored at least nine points, contributing to the team's strong performance. The Mustangs showcased a hitting percentage of .459 compared to Utah Valley's .159, and also recorded 41 team kills against Utah's 28. They also had five blocks and 10 more assists than their opponent.
