The Commons, a locally owned coworking, fitness, events, and media organization in New Town at St. Charles, Missouri, has entered a Managed Partnership Agreement with International Workplace Group (IWG). As a result, The Commons' coworking operations
will be rebranded as HQ at The Commons. This strategic move marks the first IWG-affiliated location in St. Charles County, providing members with access to 17 flexible workspace locations across the St. Louis metro area and over 6,000 flexible workspaces worldwide. IWG, founded in 1989 as Regus, is a global provider of flexible workspace solutions, serving millions of users across 120 countries. Under the agreement, IWG will manage the day-to-day coworking operations and hire a community associate, while Paul Dinkins will remain the owner of Commons Group.
