What's Happening?
AMD has introduced the Instinct MI400 Series GPUs, designed to deliver high-performance computing for AI and HPC applications. Built on the 5th Gen AMD CDNA architecture, these GPUs offer up to 2.9 ExaFLOPS of AI compute and 31 TB of HBM4 memory. The
MI400 series is part of the AMD Helios rackscale solution, which integrates AMD EPYC server CPUs and AMD Pensando networking to support large-scale AI inference, training, and fine-tuning. The GPUs are designed to provide consistent performance across various deployment scales, from hyperscale to sovereign AI environments.
