Manitowoc has announced the expansion of its Rapid Response Shop at the Shady Grove manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania. This facility supports various crane products, including Grove, Potain, Manitowoc, and National Crane, by providing repairs for
structural and other complex components. The expansion includes increased capabilities in cutting, machining, bending, preparation, and painting. The shop now offers same-day emergency lattice repairs and standard delivery within 24 to 48 hours for unpainted and painted sections, respectively. This development aims to provide customers with direct access to factory expertise, ensuring that their equipment remains operational and productive throughout its lifecycle.
