The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) decision to authorize the construction of Venture Global’s CP2 liquefied natural gas (LNG) export terminal and its associated 91-mile CP Express pipeline
in Louisiana. Environmental groups, including For a Better Bayou, had challenged FERC's approval, alleging eleven errors under the Natural Gas Act (NGA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
