Eaton's IS AER FED division is actively seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for its Middlesex, NC facility. This full-time, onsite position requires the individual to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Manufacturing Engineer will report
to the Lead Engineer and provide support to the Cross Functional Team (CFT), which includes operations, safety, and quality departments. Key responsibilities involve offering day-to-day floor support, ensuring compliance, and conducting audits. The role also entails drawing data-driven conclusions, providing input, and implementing process improvements related to manufacturing, safety, and quality. Furthermore, the engineer will manage Capital Engineering projects, follow the Management of Change (MOC) process, execute projects, and identify cost savings. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution and have a minimum of one year of manufacturing engineering experience. Due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements, all applicants must be U.S. persons, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee. Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship is also a prerequisite.
