AMD is reportedly preparing to release a new budget-friendly CPU, the Ryzen 5 7500, a six-core Zen 4 chip for the AM5 socket. This new processor aims to fill a gap in AMD's budget lineup by reintroducing an integrated GPU (iGPU), a feature that was omitted
from its cheapest Ryzen 7000 series part, the Ryzen 5 7500F. According to reports from Wccftech and TechPowerUp, the Ryzen 5 7500 will feature a small RDNA2 graphics block with two compute units, branded as Radeon 710M, similar to other standard Ryzen 7000 desktop chips. This move is designed to cater to system builders and integrators who require a display output without the need for a discrete graphics card, or for users building light productivity or media consumption PCs. The Ryzen 5 7500F, launched in 2023, was specifically designed for users who already owned or planned to purchase a discrete GPU, leaving a segment of the market underserved by AMD's AM5 offerings.
