Nestle has announced its participation in the Regenerative Together Programme (RTP), an initiative aimed at scaling regenerative agriculture practices across global food supply chains. Developed by the Sustainable Agriculture Initiative (SAI) Platform,
the program seeks to improve the adoption and verification of regenerative agriculture practices through a framework that offers practical guidance, transition support, and new protocols. The RTP has been developed with input from various stakeholders, including farmers, agronomists, NGOs, academia, and industry, and is supported by over 40 food and agriculture businesses. Environmental organizations such as the Nature Conservancy and Earthworm Foundation also back the initiative.
