international and local brands, including S. Pellegrino, Perrier, and Nestlé Pure Life. The transaction, once completed, will value Peranel at 4.5 billion Swiss francs ($5.5 billion), with Nestlé receiving 2.8 billion Swiss francs ($3.4 billion) at closing.
