ReEmerge, Inc., a private MedTech company, has emerged from stealth mode after closing an oversubscribed $37 million Series A financing round. The funding will support an upcoming clinical study evaluating ReEmerge's proprietary Cognitive Network Restoration
Therapy (CNRT) for traumatic brain injury (TBI), as well as advancing technology development, expanding clinical and regulatory operations, and preparing the platform for future indications. The Series A round was co-led by U.S. Venture Partners (USVP) and Santé, with significant participation from Oxford Science Enterprises, 415 Capital, IAG Capital Partners, The Vertical Group, and Dendrion Ventures.
