Messe Frankfurt, in partnership with the Food Production Solutions Association (FPSA), has announced the launch of a new trade show called the Food Production Solutions Show (FPSS). This event is designed to provide food manufacturers with the necessary
tools and expertise to successfully launch products and scale operations. The inaugural FPSS will take place from October 26 to 28, 2027, at McCormick Place in Chicago. This new show will replace The Equipment, Automation and Technology Show for Food & Beverage (EATS) trade show, which was last held in 2025. The FPSS is structured around the entire journey of a food manufacturer, rather than focusing solely on the product. It aims to bring together industry professionals, solution providers, and technical experts to support manufacturers at every stage of growth, from initial product development to large-scale production. The show will be organized into four distinct Solution Zones: product development and planning, regulatory and compliance, production and facilities, and operations and scaling. These zones are intended to create an integrated environment where attendees can find comprehensive solutions for their operations.
