Marsh has announced the appointment of Linda Jones as the U.S. healthcare industry practice leader for Marsh Risk, effective immediately. Based in Washington, D.C., Jones will report to Darren Cromwell, industry practice group leader for Marsh Risk, U.S. and
Canada. In her new role, Jones will be responsible for driving healthcare strategy and client engagement for Marsh's risk business. She brings 40 years of experience advising health systems, hospitals, managed care, and other provider groups on risk management strategies, having joined Marsh in 2018 and most recently serving as U.S. Healthcare Growth & Innovation Leader. Jones succeeds Gisele “Gigi” Norris, who will now focus on her role as global commercial industry leader for Marsh. Separately, Verisk has named Greg Alling as president of its casualty solutions business. Alling will lead Verisk's team in delivering analytics, insights, and AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and accuracy across the casualty and workers’ compensation claims lifecycle. He previously served as senior director of product management at CCC Intelligent Solutions.
