delays associated with importing the system from Spain. The US-assembled cell integrates Meltio’s metal 3D printing head with industrial ABB robotic arms, all housed within a laser-safe enclosure. It includes the Meltio Engine, Meltio Space, and all necessary accessories, providing a complete solution for industrial metal additive manufacturing. According to Alejandro Nieto, Meltio Product Manager, the goal is to offer industries the capability to manage the entire manufacturing process using their metal 3D printing technology in a safe environment, enabling on-demand part production. This new hardware system simplifies the integration process and reduces assembly lead times for customers.
