Half of the participants confined their meals to a window of less than nine hours, typically between 10am and 6pm. Cognitive tests revealed that those with a restricted eating window performed better in spatial planning and problem-solving tasks compared to those with a typical 12-hour eating window. The findings suggest that time-restricted eating may support cognitive skills related to memory and learning.
