City National Bank has announced the appointment of two senior leaders to bolster its private banking and wealth management services. Darcy Roennfeldt has been appointed as the managing director and head of Trust & Estate Services, based in Los Angeles.
She will be responsible for overseeing wealth planning and fiduciary services for high-net-worth clients, leveraging her extensive experience from PNC Private Bank and BNY Mellon Wealth Management. Additionally, Shannon Patterson Saltos has been named regional managing director of the Private Bank, Eastern Region, based in New York. She will co-lead the national private bank alongside Steve Sherline, bringing over 25 years of wealth management experience, most recently from M&T Bank Wilmington Trust. City National Bank, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada, manages $98 billion in assets.
