Qin Yongbo, Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of TSMC, has been elected as the 15th ITRI Academician. In his acceptance speech, Qin Yongbo highlighted the crucial role of the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) in fostering
