in a dual role as COO and CFO. Banati brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Kellanova and Kellogg, where he held various leadership positions. He will report directly to Dirk Van de Put, Mondelez's chairman and CEO, and will join the company's leadership team. Banati's appointment marks his return to Mondelez, having previously worked with Cadbury Schweppes, a predecessor company.
