Regional, and MGA underwriting teams in the United States and Bermuda. Butera brings over thirty years of experience in both primary and reinsurance markets, having previously served as Managing Director, Head of FinPro and Casualty, North America at Swiss Re. Concurrently, Lucas Castagnino has been appointed as Chief Underwriting Officer for Latin America and the Caribbean. Castagnino, who has been with MS Re since 2016, will expand his leadership role to drive the company's ambitions across Latin American markets.
