The shopping center, which spans 176,973 square feet, is anchored by Publix and includes a diverse mix of national and regional tenants such as Planet Fitness, Chicken Salad Chick, GolfTec, The Tile Shop, and Crumbl Cookie. James Ashby IV and Annie O’Connor Brosius of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer managed the lease negotiations for the landlord.
