Blacksand and Marriott International have signed an agreement to develop ten hotels across Saudi Arabia, totaling more than 1,300 rooms. This multi-brand deal will include properties under Marriott's luxury, premium, select, and extended-stay brands.
The projects are currently in the design planning and early construction stages, with phased openings scheduled through 2030.
