Energy Vault, a global energy infrastructure company, has commenced construction on a new AI infrastructure campus in Snyder, Texas, for Crusoe Cloud. This development marks the first phase of Energy Vault's broader strategy for the site, aiming to deliver
an initial 8 MW of powered shell capacity with potential expansion to 25 MW. The project involves fiber installation, site preparation, and power infrastructure to support the rapid deployment of Crusoe Spark modular data centers. These units are designed for quick installation, significantly reducing the time required compared to traditional data center infrastructure. The campus will integrate powered land, electrical infrastructure, battery energy storage systems, and modular data center infrastructure to support AI and high-performance computing needs.
