What's Happening?
Tommy Hilfiger has introduced its fall/winter 2026 denim campaign, titled 'Always Denim', featuring model Romeo Beckham. The campaign, shot at the Mark Hotel in New York, also includes Dutch model Yasmin Wijnaldum. It highlights four distinct denim fits:
the 'Theo' baggy jean and 'Dover' straight-leg for men, and the 'Sarah' high-waisted and 'Daisy' low-rise for women. This approach aligns with PVH's strategy to build franchise-like collections, similar to those used for Calvin Klein. Tommy Hilfiger emphasizes denim's role in self-expression and its evolution alongside cultural changes. The collection will be available on tommy.com, in Tommy Hilfiger stores, and through selected partners.
Why It's Important?
The campaign underscores Tommy Hilfiger's strategy to leverage iconic fashion elements like denim to maintain brand relevance and drive sales. By featuring Romeo Beckham, the brand taps into cross-generational appeal, potentially attracting younger consumers while retaining its established customer base. This move aligns with PVH's broader strategy to enhance brand loyalty and pricing power through recognizable and adaptable fashion lines. The campaign's focus on self-expression and cultural evolution may resonate with consumers seeking personalized fashion choices, thereby strengthening Tommy Hilfiger's market position.
