FingerMotion, Inc. has outlined a new strategic plan with BlueFlare Energy Solutions Inc. to become an owner and operator of rapidly deployable, 'behind-the-meter' (BTM) artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure
in North America. This strategy leverages BlueFlare's existing operating platform for site origination, on-site natural gas power generation, modular construction, and load management. FingerMotion's new management team, led by CEO Jolie Kahn, views access to power as a primary constraint for new data center capacity and aims to exert greater control over energy availability and deployment schedules by locating modular compute infrastructure where power is generated at or near the site. The company recently acquired a 9.9% equity interest in Lyken.AI, a platform that originates enterprise inference demand.

What's Next?
FingerMotion plans to pursue site control, power generation, customer acquisition, and project-level capital financing as key milestones. The initial sites under evaluation are modular, ranging from low- to mid-single-digit megawatts, designed to scale incrementally. The company intends to fund these projects through asset-backed financing, rather than from its corporate balance sheet. FingerMotion will continue its existing mobile payment and data-analytics operations in China while building out its North American infrastructure business. Investors will monitor progress through tangible milestones such as signed commercial term sheets, definitive agreements for power generation, and contracted enterprise offtake for capacity.
