Prismo Metals has announced significant findings from its Silver King Project in central Arizona, where reconnaissance sampling has revealed high-grade copper and silver deposits. The company collected 23 rock samples, with results showing up to 1.73%
copper and 1,362 grams per tonne of silver. The fieldwork, which is halfway through its planned geological mapping and sampling, has identified a surface pyrite halo and previously unmapped hydrothermal breccias. These findings suggest a mineralizing porphyry source at depth, supported by induced polarization geophysics indicating increased sulphide response at 225 meters depth. The Silver King Project is located near the historic Silver King mine, known for its high silver yields since its discovery in 1875. Prismo Metals plans to continue field evaluations and design a second phase of drilling to further explore the copper porphyry system.
