Mitsui Fudosan has announced 'YAESU CORE' as the official name for its large-scale mixed-use development project in the Yaesu 2-Chome Naka District First Class Urban Redevelopment Project. This ambitious project, located near Tokyo Station, is scheduled
for completion by the end of January 2029. It encompasses a vast area of approximately 20,000 square meters with a total floor area of about 390,000 square meters and a height of approximately 227 meters. The development will integrate various functions, including offices, commercial facilities, a theater, serviced apartments, an international school, and a bus terminal. The name 'YAESU CORE' reflects the developers' vision for the Yaesu area to continue its historical role as a central hub for Japan's economy and culture, fostering new values and serving as an energy source for the nation's vitality for the next century.
