Nay brings extensive experience to this role, having previously served as Chief Acquisition Officer (CAO) for Galway Holdings, a financial services, insurance distribution, and wealth management platform. He also held the CAO position for EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, a subsidiary of Galway. Prior to his tenure at Galway, Nay spent 16 years as an insurance sector banker with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist), where he focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising transactions across the insurance, insurtech, and fintech sectors.
