property located at 909-913 Professional Place from NPR Chesapeake Professional Place LLC. The portfolio encompasses 31,000 square feet of shallow bay and service warehouse space across more than 6 acres. Bo McKown and Eric Robison of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the seller, with Geoff Poston and Taylor Anderson providing market leasing advisory. In a separate development, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer was also selected by The Cordish Cos. to manage facilities at the 450,000-square-foot Power Plant of Hampton Roads in Hampton, Virginia. This mixed-use retail, dining, and entertainment destination, featuring nine buildings, is anchored by major retailers such as Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, BJ’s, and Lowe’s. Veronica Waller will oversee the property management for the Power Plant.
