Strobel, Executive Chairman and interim CEO, will oversee Prestige commercial operations, with regional leaders reporting directly to him. Key personnel changes include the departure of Caroline Andreotti, Chief Commercial Officer Prestige, and Dr. Shimei Fan, Chief Scientific and Sustainability Officer. The company will integrate Prestige R&D and sustainability with the supply chain under Graeme Carter, Chief Supply Chain Officer. Additionally, Priya Srinivasan, Chief People and Purpose Officer, will step down, with Séverine Charbon set to join as her successor.
