Services and Human Services/Counseling-Psychology. She is the founder of Support Languages for Black Women/Shades of Strong, a platform aimed at empowering Black women and addressing their unique challenges. Hubbard's work includes hosting a podcast and writing to provide support and resources to Black women who may feel underserved. Her career also includes roles as a program director and work in various organizations.
