cross-border financings across Asia-Pacific and Europe. She joins the firm from TN Partners, a PwC network law firm in Hong Kong, where she served as Managing Partner. Her team, including Of Counsel David Law, will also be joining Stephenson Harwood. Taylor's expertise encompasses a wide range of asset-backed and receivables debt capital markets transactions, such as securitization, structured bonds, complex security packages, development bank financings, credit derivatives, trade and real estate finance, and cross-border tax-driven structures. She is particularly recognized for her work in cross-border securitization techniques, including future receivables financing for airlines and shipping companies, and has structured some of the first securitization deals in Korea.
