Galaxy Digital Inc. has announced the pricing of a $3.507 billion private offering of senior secured notes due 2031. The proceeds from the offering will be used to finance the development and construction of two data center buildings in Dickens County,
Texas. These facilities will have a combined utility capacity of 400 megawatts and a critical IT capacity of 260 megawatts. The notes, bearing an interest rate of 9.875% per annum, will be fully guaranteed by Galaxy Helios II LLC and secured by first-priority liens on the issuer's assets. The offering is expected to close on July 28, 2026.
