Adidas has announced the appointment of Claus-Peter Mayer as the new general manager for Central Europe, effective September 1. Mayer, who has been with Adidas for over 30 years, will also oversee the German market. He succeeds Marina Moguš, who is leaving

Olivier Gianina will take over the management of the Southern Europe region, having been with Adidas since 2003 and most recently responsible for the business in Brazil.
