Aptar Beauty has commenced U.S. production of its AAT Vertical Slider Aerosol Valve at its Cary, Illinois facility. This innovative valve is designed to improve the dispensing of high-particle formulations, addressing common issues like valve clogging.
The AAT valve features a 3.5-millimeter stem design that minimizes product buildup and ensures consistent spray performance. By localizing production, Aptar aims to reduce lead times and enhance market responsiveness. The valve is suitable for a variety of products, including dry shampoos and makeup setting sprays, and can be paired with Aptar's premium aerosol actuators.
