Academy Award-winning animator, author, and illustrator Alan Barillaro kicked off the Newport Beach Central Library campus's new Creative Pages series with a presentation of his 'Bunns Rabbit' book series. Approximately 100 youngsters and their parents
attended the event at Witte Hall. Barillaro, who spent two decades at Pixar Animation studios, shared his journey from animation to children's books, emphasizing how his experience in animation helped him create animal characters.
