Navigate Wellbeing Solutions has introduced a new Workforce Mental Health Initiative aimed at improving employee mental health through proactive engagement. The initiative offers one year of Mental Wellbeing Coaching for eligible employers, providing
employees with support to manage stress and build resilience. This program is designed to connect employees with existing employer resources, such as Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and behavioral health services, without the need for copays. The initiative was unveiled during Navigate's June Broker & Consultant Experiences and includes features like mental health utilization benchmarking and executive reporting to help employers track engagement and health outcomes.
