Global technology consultancy Cognizant is set to acquire Dyflex Solutions, an Australian SAP specialist firm headquartered in Perth. Dyflex Solutions, established in 2011 by Peter Lander, has grown to include 300 advisors and technicians across Australia and New
Zealand. The company provides end-to-end solutions across the SAP suite, including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and SAP Public and Private Cloud, with expertise in finance, digital supply chain, asset maintenance, human capital management, and data & analytics. Dyflex Solutions has been backed by private equity firm Five V since early last year and has a strong presence in the mining, resources, oil & gas, energy & utilities, manufacturing, logistics, and public sectors. This acquisition marks Cognizant's largest in Australia since its 2021 acquisition of Servian.
