Vibrant Ingredients has inaugurated a new innovation center in Cranbury, New Jersey. The facility is designed to enhance product development for food and beverage applications by providing a collaborative environment for prototyping and technical collaboration.
The 11,000-square-foot center includes advanced beverage processing capabilities such as HTST/UHT processing, carbonation, emulsions, and inline homogenization. The center also supports lab and pilot-scale development, with plans to expand flavor and analytical lab capabilities later this year. Vince Macciocchi, CEO of Vibrant Ingredients, emphasized the center's role in fostering innovation through close collaboration, offering customers direct access to the company's expertise and ingredient portfolio.
