The Venice Film Festival's immersive section has announced its 2026 lineup, marking the 10th anniversary of the program. This year's selection includes 68 projects from 26 countries, featuring notable contributions from celebrities such as Margot Robbie,
Andy Serkis, Omar Sy, and Mark Ruffalo. Among the highlights is a documentary titled 'Bowie: Unseen Unheard', which commemorates the 10th anniversary of David Bowie's death, using rare photographs by his official photographer Denis O'Regan. The festival will run from September 2-12 on the island of Lazzaretto Vecchio, with a jury led by Emmy-winning artist Paul Raphaël. The jury will award several prizes, including the Venice Immersive Grand Prize.
